It always feels so good to hear tidings from past students -- especially from such groups that keep updating us every now and then on their pursuits in life, on their encounters with fellow classmates, and to know that their family members are doing well . . . I appreciate the regular inputs from Chan Hau Wing Wilson [ F7 1982 ].

Apart from sending the above class reunion photo, Wilson also shares with us the happy news about his daughter taking part in the Equestrian event of the Beijing Olympics 2008 that took place in Hong Kong. She participated as a volunteer dancer. Here is one of the photos he attached, the rest will be posted in Family Album. Thank you so much, Wilson, and Congratulations.

HONG KONG

As always, the retired (and some still working) teachers have a close tie and cohesion to each other, with frequent get-togethers. Mr. Wat, just sent us a fresh batch of newest photos of a private dinner in August 2008. The dinner, at , was hosted by Ms Nancy Hui and Ms Rosa Wong, and interestingly called the get-together "Old Colleagues' Anniversary Nite". The dinner started at 7:30PM and everybody kept eating and chatting until 10:30PM (3 hours !!!).

Mr Wat said, " During the dinner, we also exchanged ideas of ways to save money in our daily life. It is amazing to know how Mrs. Hui finds so many possible ways to lower the costs on meals." Here are a few randomly selected images -- the rest in Family Album.

VANCOUVER TO TORONTO

Thanks to Au Yuk Hang Peter [ F5 1978 ] from Vancouver who sent us a recent photo taken in his visit to Toronto. In the photo were Peter, and Mable Li §õ¥ò®V (F4 & F5 classmate of CCSC) and her husband, and Ben Mok (Peter's roomate in the The University of Western Ontario). They know each other very well. The photo was taken at Scarborough Alliance Church, Toronto.

Hello Ching Sir,

How are you? My secondary school life in CCSC was from 1969 to 1973 ( F.5 A), which I described myself as the first generation student of the school. Although I'm not lucky enough to be one of your students, up till today I always have pride to tell my friends that I graduated in CCSC.

Ching Sir, thank you for putting so much effort in creating such a wonderful and useful website for Us, you should have collected some subscription fees from our old boys and girls!!

Well, recently I am working with a marketing firm which is also a production house, if you need any Free graphic support, please feel free to email or call me. It's a small world, and everything can be done electronically, so we are just as close as next door.

Do let me know if you come to visit Toronto, I've been a Torontonian for 20 years and I think I'm well qualified to be your tour guide. Please extend my warm regards to your family and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Jimmy Tseung

Hi Ching Sir,

Your prompt reply is appreciated. In retrospect, I've been in Toronto almost 20 years; my daughter is already year four in the McMaster University; your website has been functioning for 10 years; I just celebrated my company's 10th anniversary... time flies!!

Therefore, I think it is important to seek some of my long lost friends because I truly admire the friendship in high school which is pure and innocent. I was told that when we retire, it is fortunate to have 3 Olds, i.e. old partner - your another half, old savings and old friends. Thank you again for giving us this connection platform, so that we can have the opportunity to get hold of our pals.

Attached please find some of my recent family pictures which we took while traveling on cruise to a Mediterranean Sea trip two weeks ago. Please keep in touch and talk to you later.

Best regards,

Jimmy Tseung Yue Ming

Thank you, Jimmy. Please do keep in touch. --- Felix
