Hi! Ching Sir,
How are you doing? My name is Lai Mo Yin Queenie. You may have forgotten this name (a shy and quiet girl always sitting at the back of the classroom) but for sure I was one of your students in CCSC. I finished Form 5 in 1975. I know your web site from Chow Hon Huen Addy who has been living in Calgary since 1974. We still have frequent contacts thru e-mail.
You did a very good job setting up this page. By surfing the pages, we could recall our memories in the good old days.
Sad to hear Mrs Yuen's bad news.
Since graduation from CCSC, I studied F.6 & F.7 in another school and then finished a Diploma course in HK Polytechnic. After that I worked as Executive Secretary in a number of foreign investment banks.
I have been living in Melbourne since 1997 and am helping my husband with his trading business (importing clothings) here. I had two daughters, one is 16 and one is 11.
Hope to hear something from you as well.
Cheers

Queenie continues on her second email after I had sent my reply to her first:
Hi Ching Sir,
Nice to hear from you too. You know you are one of the best teachers being highly regarded by us (you may not notice this as we have been talking about this privately). It's so happy that you can remember my name (really?) Yeap. I do remember -- Felix. Here are some of our family photos. Hope you could recognise the Fat "See Lai" in the picture.
Here in Melbourne, Yung Pui-Yiu Wendy is living quite close to me and we are having yum cha this Saturday. My old buddies in HK are Law Yuk Ching (she has been teaching since late 70's), Cheung King-Min (the brilliant guy who always came first in his school report) and his wife Lee Shun Ling, Tam Wing Kam, David Fong and Cecilia Foo (you may not know some of them because they were in Arts Stream classes).
Anyway, we have been good friends since F.1 in CCSC (all these guys were from F.1C).
By the way, do you have any news from Wat Sir? How's is he? He's our F.1 homeroom teacher. We all miss him. Also if you don't mind, please tell us something about your family.
Bye for now, take care!
Queenie

BAY AREA ALUMNI OF THE 70s
9/29/03
Jim and Janie Pang, Anna and Andy Poon, Chu Tung Lam, Chan Kwok Kwong, Felix Ching
It was my great pleasure to have several past students of the 1970s gathering at my place last Sunday 9/28/2003. Among them are: Poon Yau Shun Andy [ F7 1976 ] and his wife Chan Yin Man Anna [ F5 1974 ], Chan Kwok Kwong Roger [ F5 1975 ], Chu Tung Lam Tony [ F5 1974 ], Leung Kwok Ching (Janie Pang) [ F5 1974 ] and her husband Jim Pang. It was really a nice little reunion party, an afternoon full of nostalgia for us to reminisce on the incidents, the people, laughter, and tears during the good old days at CCSC. All these came back to us instantly although things had happened 30 years ago!!! I showed them the Anniversary Magazines of the School. We were also much amused by the eloquence and humor of Chan Kwok Kwong. Thank you so much, Andy, for organizing this gathering.
