Cheung Chuk Shan College alumni overseas link UPDATES

Update # 55. May 5, 2003

RECENT GRADUATES

Many thanks to Hui Chi Wing Josephine [ F7 1998 ] for sending us a photo taken on her baptism day back in December 2002, with a number of CCSC friends. How many faces can you recognize in this picture? .....

Josephine is currently working on her Master's degree (M.Phil.) in Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and expects to graduate coming July. For a number of years already, Josephine has set up her own on line web site called "Dream and Wing". At this time she is updating her web site and hopefully will finish doing so very soon.

I welcome Annie Yau [ F5 1994 ] and Angela Tsang [ F5 1994 ] to this web site. Both of them had learnt about the web site from classmate Queenie Wong, and left messages in the Guest Book.

When I approached Annie Yau (as I do other people) to ask if she has anything to tell us for an alumni update, she returns a very detailed reply. Thank you so much, Annie.

Annie is now a producer/reporter for RTHK, and is responsible for the programme Headliner which will resume broadcast from 16 May. Watch out for this program.... don't miss it.

Hello Ching Sir,

I'm so glad that my name has been added on the alumni list so quick, and this urged me to take action as soon as possible -- I should send something to you and help to keep the web site updated.

As I've mentioned in the Guest Book, I graduated in 1994 (F.5C). I don't think that you know me, as you never taught me before. However, I would like to let you know more about me, and share something with all dear CCSC teachers, alumni as well as current students.

I was not an active student when I was in school; however, life in CCSC impressed me very much. I met many good classmates there, like Kennes Fu, Cony Sia, Queenie Wong, Angela Tsang, Karen Yiu, etc. Of course we still keep in touch after graduated.

I do remember many nice teachers like Mr Au, he was my class-master when I was in Form 3 ( if i didn't make mistake, that was his first year of teaching), in the following two years, he taught me History. I can remember that he always bring candies to class, that made all of us very happy, as we can have chance to break the school regulation (eating in the classroom), without getting any punishment, (Hope that what i say wouldn't bing any trouble to Au Sir, haha......)

Also, thanks so much to our Music teacher Miss Su, I enjoyed so much for the time being a member of School Choir. We practised so hard, and got very good result in the year 1990.

For those teachers who know me, I think you can't believe what I've chosen for me further study. It is quite difficult to imagine that a quiet student would choose Journalism~~Actually, I don't think that I am so quiet, may be the wrong impression is because I always not well prepared for the class, so the only thing for me to do is to keep quiet. (Oh, I am so sorry to tell you the truth~~~~~)

Now, I am working as a producer / reporter in RTHK, responsible for the Programme "Headliner" (????), we have break in the past few months, and will be resume on 16/5 (haha.....let me make an advertisement here). Remember to watch Our Programme every Friday 7:00pm on TVB Jade; for those overseas, you can simply go to RTHK's website: http://www.rthk.org.hk.

Ching Sir, thanks again for running this wonderful website and updating our information, hope that more and more friends would join us!

Regards,
Annie
