WONG [ RECEIVED: AUGUST 20, 2002 ]     What used to be the Language Laboratory on 7th floor has now been converted into a Multimedia Learning Center.   ".....It took 4 years to have this lab done and was opened last year on July 5th. I was made leader of the project and have just finished a report for the QEF (Quality Education Fund) Secretariat.
